OneToOne

OneToOne: "OneToOne - the iPhone private messaging app - is now available on Android

OneToOne - Fast secure discreet iPhone/Android to iPhone/Android chat with message scramble facility.

If you want to chat in private with a friend, and you both have either iPhone or Android mobile devices, one to one, then this is the app for you.

Summary of features:
* Fast and secure to access through PIN entry control
* Easy to set up using usernames for you and your friend - no web registration needed
* Continuous online status update for you and your friend
* Messages sent while recipient is offline are retrieved when they next come online
* Small font and grey text on black background reduce risk of people reading your messages over your shoulder
* For added message security agree a 4-digit scramble code with your friend
* Scrambled messages are shown as gibberish on device until correct scramble code is selected

Fast and secure access:
- On starting OneToOne for the first time, you are asked to choose a four digit PIN. We recommend for security reasons that this is not the same as any other PIN you may use on your iPhone.
- From this point every time you start OneToOne you are presented with a simple discreet PIN entry screen. Enter the PIN correctly and you can start to chat, enter it incorrectly and OneToOne exits. This allows you to restart OneToOne if you have entered the PIN incorrectly but makes it awkward for someone trying to repeatedly guess your PIN.
- If you forget your PIN you cannot reset it - that would be a security weakness. Instead you will need to delete the app from your iPhone, repurchase it, and start again.

Easy to set up:
- Choose a username that you would like to use for yourself, and the username your friend has told you they will be using. This is done on the iPhone/Android device - no web registration is needed.
- That's it, now when your friend sets up their iPhone/Android device with the matching usernames you will be ready to chat.

Chat in private:
- The status line tells you if you are online and whether your friend is currently online. Note any messages sent while recipient is offline can be retrieved when they come online.
- Pressing message entry area brings up keyboard with spelling correction assistant.
- Pressing Settings button takes you to scramble code entry screen and username setup screen.
- Chat messages maximise screen use and provided enhanced discretion through use of a small font and grey text on a black background minimising snooping over your shoulder.
- On starting OneToOne the last 25 messages are displayed, and further messages are shown in scrollable display.

For ultimate security choose a scramble code:
- Whenever OneToOne is started the scramble code 0000 is used which means messages are not scrambled.
- However, if you press the Settings button then you will be shown four dials where you can choose a code. This code is used to scramble all messages you send and descramble all messages you receive. So if you agree a scramble code with your friend then your messages are provided with scrambled protection.

Using wrong scramble code shows gibberish:
- Showing chat messages whilst using invalid scrambled code shows gibberish, providing that ultimate message protection

*** Note this service will be available until at least the end of 2012. No further fees are payable but the service may be discontinued after that time. ***
